In September 2024 Maurice Meewisse made for the Airborne memorial walk (Oosterbeek) a monument for one day: Rustplaats. More then 300 wooden stools in a strict grid for the walkers to rest a bit and to listen to the specially for the occasion composed cross-cultural ritualistic passage music by Ishtar Bakhtali. https://www.ishtarbakhtali.com/music

Rustplaats was a commisioned by Stichting Scarabee in Oosterbeek.
